ABORIGINAL LANDS AMENDMENT ACT 2013 (NO. 33 OF 2013) - SECT 1

The purpose of this Act is to amend the Aboriginal Lands Act 1970 —

        (a)     to make further provision for the administration of the Framlingham Aboriginal Trust and the Lake Tyers Aboriginal Trust; and

        (b)     to broaden the functions of the Framlingham Aboriginal Trust and the Lake Tyers Aboriginal Trust; and

        (c)     to make other miscellaneous amendments.
