ABORIGINAL LANDS AMENDMENT ACT 2013 (NO. 33 OF 2013) - SECT 15

    (1)     In section 23(3) of the Principal Act, for "he" substitute "the member".

    (2)     In section 23(5)(b) of the Principal Act—

        (a)     after "his" (where twice occurring) insert
"or her";

        (b)     for "him" substitute "the member".
