Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) The Health Secretary may give a written direction to a pharmacist to whom the Health Secretary has sold or supplied an approved medicinal cannabis product in relation to the manner of the sale or supply of the approved medicinal cannabis product by the pharmacist.
(2) A pharmacist must comply with a direction under subsection (1).
