Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) A person who is employed by a licensed manufacturer and who has been issued an employee identification certificate must carry the certificate during the performance of any activity authorised by the licence.

(2) A person who is employed by a licensed manufacturer and who has been issued an employee identification certificate must produce the certificate on the request of a manufacturing inspector.
