    (1)     In section 186(1)(b) of the Transport (Compliance and Miscellaneous) Act 1983 , for "rates; or" substitute "rates—".

    (2)     Section 186(1)(c) of the Transport (Compliance and Miscellaneous) Act 1983 is repealed .
