CONSUMER AFFAIRS LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2010 (NO. 1 OF 2010) - SECT 26

In section 71(2) of the Owners Corporations Act 2006 —

        (a)     in paragraph (h)—

              (i)     after "report under section" insert "29(4),";

              (ii)     for "Part 10." substitute "Part 10;";

        (b)     after paragraph (h) insert —

    "(i)     the tabling and consideration of the minutes of the previous annual general meeting.".
