CONSUMER AFFAIRS LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2010 (NO. 1 OF 2010) - SECT 7

In section 16 of the Estate Agents Act 1980 —

        (a)     in subsection (4)(a)—

              (i)     in subparagraph (i)(B), for "offence; or" substitute "offence; and".

              (ii)     subparagraph (ii) is repealed ;

        (b)     the note preceding subsection (4)(b) is repealed .
