CONSUMER AFFAIRS LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2010 (NO. 1 OF 2010) - SECT 8

In section 17 of the Estate Agents Act 1980 —

        (a)     subsection (2)(c)(i) is repealed ;

        (b)     for subsection (4)(c) and (d) substitute —

    "(c)     be accompanied by the documents referred to in section 19.".
