Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered ActsThe main purpose of this Act is to amend the Catchment and Land Protection Act 1994 to—
(a) clarify responsibility for management of noxious weeds and pest animals on roadsides; and
(b) provide for the introduction of a roadside weed and pest animal management plan to be prepared by municipal councils; and
(c) to make other minor and technical amendments to that Act.
