CONFISCATION AMENDMENT (UNEXPLAINED WEALTH) ACT 2024 (NO. 26 OF 2024) - SECT 41

In section 115(2)(a) of the Confiscation Act 1997 —

        (a)     in subparagraph (iv), for "activity; and" substitute "activity; or";

        (b)     after subparagraph (iv) insert —

    "(v)     has acquired property unlawfully; or

              (vi)     has wealth that exceeds the person's lawfully acquired wealth; and".
