Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) The Minister must ensure that, by the year 2020, the amount of Victoria's greenhouse gas emissions is 20% below the amount of Victoria's greenhouse gas emissions for the year 2000.
(2) The Minister may, for the purposes of subsection (1), determine a figure that represents the amount of Victoria's greenhouse gas emissions for the year 2000 in accordance with the method prescribed by the regulations.
