CLIMATE CHANGE ACT 2010 (NO. 54 OF 2010) - SECT 62

Enforcement

Part 9 of the Conservation, Forests and Lands Act 1987 applies to a Carbon Sequestration Agreement as if that agreement were a relevant law within the meaning of that Act.
