CLIMATE CHANGE ACT 2010 (NO. 54 OF 2010) - SECT 77

After section 23AA(10)(b) of the Country Fire Authority Act 1958 insert —

    "(ba)     the owner of a forest carbon right within the meaning of the Climate Change Act 2010 ; or".
