CHILDREN'S SERVICES AMENDMENT ACT 2011 (NO. 80 OF 2011) - SECT 70

In section 190(d) of the Education and Care Services National Law set out in the Schedule to the Education and Care Services National Law Act 2010 —

        (a)     in subparagraph (i), after " section 28;" insert "or";

        (b)     in subparagraph (ii), after " section 73;" insert "or".
