CHILDREN, YOUTH AND FAMILIES AMENDMENT (PERMANENT CARE AND OTHER MATTERS) ACT 2014 (NO. 61 OF 2014) - SECT 101

In section 412(1) of the Principal Act—

        (a)     in paragraph (e), for "report—" substitute "report; and";

        (b)     after paragraph (e) insert —

    "(f)     if the child has participated in a group conference under section 415, the Court has received and considered the group conference report prepared under section 415(8)—".
