CHILDREN, YOUTH AND FAMILIES AMENDMENT (PERMANENT CARE AND OTHER MATTERS) ACT 2014 (NO. 61 OF 2014) - SECT 44

For section 303 of the Principal Act substitute —

    "     303     Application of Division

This Division applies to the following protection orders—

        (a)     family preservation order;

        (b)     family reunification order;

        (c)     care by Secretary order;

        (d)     long-term care order.".
