Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) Within 14 days of deciding not to consider a complaint, the Disability Services Commissioner must give written notice of the decision to the person who made the complaint.
(2) Unless section 120 applies, within 14 days after deciding to consider a complaint, the Disability Services Commissioner must give written notice of the decision to the disability service provider concerned.
