DRUGS, POISONS AND CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES AMENDMENT (MEDICALLY SUPERVISED INJECTING CENTRE) ACT 2023 (NO. 7 OF 2023) - SECT 35

    (1)     In section 55C(1) and (3) of the Principal Act, for "an entity" substitute "a person".

    (2)     In section 55E(1) of the Principal Act—

        (a)     before "for a facility" insert "to a person";

        (b)     for "that entity." substitute "that person.".

    (3)     In section 119(eb) of the Principal Act, for "an entity" substitute "a person".
