ESTATE AGENTS AND TRAVEL AGENTS ACTS (AMENDMENT) ACT 2004 (NO 17 OF 2004) - SECT 2

    (1)     This Act (other than Part 3) comes into operation on the day after the day on which it receives the Royal Assent.

    (2)     Part 3 comes into operation on a day to be proclaimed.

    (3)     If Part 3 does not come into operation before 1 January 2005, it comes into operation on that day.
