EDUCATION AND TRAINING REFORM AMENDMENT (REGISTRATION OF EARLY CHILDHOOD TEACHERS AND VICTORIAN INSTITUTE OF TEACHING) ACT 2014 (NO. 19 OF 2014) - SECT 36

In section 2.3.1 of the Principal Act—

        (a)     insert the following definition—

" early childhood teacher has the meaning given in section 2.6.1;";

        (b)     in the definition of "teacher", for "school;" substitute "school, but does not include an early childhood teacher.";

        (c)     the definition of teaching staff is repealed .
