EDUCATION AND TRAINING REFORM AMENDMENT (REGISTRATION OF EARLY CHILDHOOD TEACHERS AND VICTORIAN INSTITUTE OF TEACHING) ACT 2014 (NO. 19 OF 2014) - SECT 44

    (1)     In section 2.6.6(4) of the Principal Act, omit "or persons who are engaged or employed as early childhood teachers".

    (2)     In section 2.6.6B of the Principal Act—

        (a)     for paragraph (b) substitute —

    "(b)     registered early childhood teachers currently engaged or employed in early childhood services;";

        (b)     for paragraph (d) substitute —

    "(d)     employers of registered teachers;".
