ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION ACT 2017 (NO. 51 OF 2017) - SECT 31

For section 20(8)(a)(ii) of the Environment Protection Act 1970 substitute —

    "(ii)     if the Authority considers that the application, if it had been made under section 19B, would have been a significant works approval application within the meaning of that section, the Secretary to the Department of Health and Human Services; and".
