FISHERIES AMENDMENT ACT 2007 (NO. 51 OF 2007) - SECT 1

The purpose of this Act is to amend the Fisheries Act 1995 —

        (a)     to prohibit commercial net fishing in Western Port; and

        (b)     to define recreational fishing equipment; and

        (c)     to make other miscellaneous amendments to that Act.
