HEALTH LEGISLATION AMENDMENT AND REPEAL ACT 2019 (NO. 34 OF 2019) - SECT 75

    (1)     In section 246(1) and (2) of the Mental Health Act 2014 , for "conciliator" substitute "Commissioner".

    (2)     In section 246(3) of the Mental Health Act 2014 —

        (a)     for "a conciliator" substitute "the Commissioner".

        (b)     for "the conciliator" substitute "the Commissioner".
