INFRINGEMENTS (CONSEQUENTIAL AND OTHER AMENDMENTS) ACT 2006 (NO 32 OF 2006) - SECT 66

In section 89B of the Road Safety Act 1986 —

        (a)     in sub-section (1), for "a registrar (within the meaning of Schedule 7 to the Magistrates' Court Act 1989 ) of the Magistrates' Court" substitute "an infringements registrar within the meaning of the Infringements Act 2006 ";

        (b)     in sub-section (1B) for "a registrar of the Magistrates' Court" substitute "an infringements registrar within the meaning of the Infringements Act 2006 ";

        (c)     in sub-section (3)(d)—

              (i)     for "Schedule 7 to the Magistrates' Court Act 1989 " substitute "the Infringements Act 2006 ";

              (ii)     for "that Schedule" substitute "that Act or that Schedule, as the case requires,".
