LOCAL GOVERNMENT LEGISLATION AMENDMENT (MISCELLANEOUS) ACT 2012 (NO. 63 OF 2012) - SECT 13

In section 80B(3) of the Local Government Act 1989 —

        (a)     at the end of paragraph (c) for "staff." substitute "staff;";

        (b)     after paragraph (c) insert —

    "(d)     a decision to request the appointment of a probity auditor under Division 4.".
