MELBOURNE AND OLYMPIC PARKS AMENDMENT ACT 2016 (NO. 52 OF 2016) - SECT 3

    (1)     In section 4 of the Melbourne and Olympic Parks Act 1985 , for the definition of Central Plan Office substitute —

""Central Plan Office" means the Central Plan Office maintained under section 4 of the Survey Co-ordination Act 1958 ;".

    (2)     In section 4 of the Melbourne and Olympic Parks Act 1985 , in the definition of "national tennis centre land"—

        (a)     in paragraph (f), for "30E;" substitute "30E; and"; and

        (b)     after paragraph (f) insert —

    "(g)     the land (including any stratum of land) reserved under section 30FB;".
