MAJOR CRIME (SPECIAL INVESTIGATIONS MONITOR) ACT 2004 (NO 62 OF 2004) - SECT 1

The purposes of this Act are—

        (a)     to provide for the appointment of a Special Investigations Monitor;

        (b)     to amend the Public Sector Management and Employment Act 1998 , the Whistleblowers Protection Act 2001 and the Juries Act 2000 .
