MAJOR CRIME (SPECIAL INVESTIGATIONS MONITOR) ACT 2004 (NO 62 OF 2004) - SECT 16

After section 16(1)(i) of the Public Sector Management and Employment Act 1998 insert —

    "(j)     the Special Investigations Monitor in relation to the office of the Special Investigations Monitor.".
