MAJOR CRIME (SPECIAL INVESTIGATIONS MONITOR) ACT 2004 (NO 62 OF 2004) - SECT 3

In this Act—

"Australian lawyer" means a person who is admitted to legal practice in Victoria or in another State or a Territory of the Commonwealth;

"Special Investigations Monitor" means the Special Investigations Monitor appointed under section 5.
