MENTAL HEALTH AND WELLBEING ACT 2022 (NO. 39 OF 2022) - SECT 157

As soon as practicable after a registered medical practitioner or an authorised mental health practitioner varies an assessment order under section 153 or 155, the practitioner must ensure that—

        (a)     an authorised psychiatrist for the responsible designated mental health service is notified that the order has been varied; and

        (b)     a copy of the varied order is given to the authorised psychiatrist.
