MENTAL HEALTH AND WELLBEING ACT 2022 (NO. 39 OF 2022) - SECT 324

    (1)     The Chief Officer must appoint a statewide panel.

    (2)     The statewide panel consists of—

        (a)     the Chief Officer who is chairperson of the panel; and

        (b)     the chairperson of each regional multiagency panel; and

        (c)     any other persons the Chief Officer determines.
