(a) must give a complaint data review report to the mental health and wellbeing service provider to whom notice has been given under section 529(1); or
(b) if there is more than one mental health and wellbeing service provider, give that part of a complaint data review report that relates to a mental health and wellbeing service provider to that mental health and wellbeing service provider.
