Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) The Minister may issue a written direction to the Institute on any matter in relation to the Institute that the Minister is satisfied is necessary.
(2) As soon as practicable after giving a direction to the Institute, the Minister must cause the direction to be published in the Government Gazette.
(3) The Institute must comply with a direction given under this section.
(4) Despite subsection (3), an act or a decision of the Institute or the Institute Board is not invalid only because of a failure to comply with a direction.
