Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) Despite the repeal of section 152 of the Mental Health Act 2014 , the Mental Health Tribunal as established and in existence under that section as in force immediately before its repeal continues on and from that repeal as the Mental Health Tribunal under section 330 as if it had been established under that section.
(2) Any application made to the Mental Health Tribunal under the Mental Health Act 2014 and not heard or determined on the repeal of that Act may be heard and determined, on and from that repeal, as if it were an application under the corresponding provision of this Act.
