In section 41H(1)(g) of the Child Wellbeing and Safety Act 2005 , for "Complaints Commissioner within the meaning of the Mental Health Act 2014 ;" substitute "and Wellbeing Commissioner within the meaning of the Mental Health and Wellbeing Act 2022 ;".
