MENTAL HEALTH AND WELLBEING ACT 2022 (NO. 39 OF 2022) - SECT 811

In section 52A of the Crimes Act 1958 —

        (a)         in the definition of "mental illness", for " Act 2014 ;" substitute " and Wellbeing Act 2022 ;";

        (b)     in paragraph (c) of the definition of "service provider", for " Act 2014 ;" substitute " and Wellbeing Act 2022 ;".
