Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) This section applies to a use or development of land in the Extended Project area that is authorised by or under this Act or the Agreement for the purposes of the Project.
(2) Nothing in a planning scheme under the Planning and Environment Act 1987 —
(a) requires a permit under that Act for the use or development; or
(b) prevents the use or development.
(3) This section does not apply to the traffic control centre.
