MITCHAM-FRANKSTON PROJECT ACT 2004 (NO 39 OF 2004) - SECT 251

Proceedings for offences under Part 9

    (1)     Proceedings for an offence under Part 9 may only be brought by—

        (a)         a member of the police force; or

        (b)     an enforcement agency; or

        (c)     a person authorised by the Minister under sub-section (2).

    (2)     The Minister may authorise a person to bring proceedings for an offence under Part 9.
