MINERAL RESOURCES (SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT) AMENDMENT ACT 2023 (NO. 23 OF 2023) - SECT 43

In section 3 of the Melbourne Strategic Assessment (Environment Mitigation Levy) Act 2020 —

        (a)     in the definition of "Department", for "Environment, Land, Water and Planning" substitute "Energy, Environment and Climate Action";

        (b)     in the definition of "extractive industry", for " Mineral Resources (Sustainable Development) Act 1990 " substitute " Mineral Resources and Extractive Industries Act 1990 ";

        (c)     in the definition of "extractive industry work authority", for " Mineral Resources (Sustainable Development) Act 1990 " substitute " Mineral Resources and Extractive Industries Act 1990 ".
