MINERAL RESOURCES (SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT) AMENDMENT ACT 2023 (NO. 23 OF 2023) - SECT 45

Meaning of excluded subdivision of land

In section 7(2) of the Melbourne Strategic Assessment (Environment Mitigation Levy) Act 2020 , in the definition of extractive industry land —

        (a)     in paragraph (a), for "authority; or" substitute "authority;";

        (b)     paragraph (b) is repealed .
