Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered ActsA specified event declared by Order made under section 4(1) of the Major Events (Aerial Advertising) Act 2007 and in force immediately before the commencement of this Act is deemed, on and from that commencement, to be an aerial advertising event for the date or dates specified in the Order as if the Order made under section 4(1) of the Major Events (Aerial Advertising) Act 2007 were a major sporting event order specifying the event to be an aerial advertising event under this Act.
