Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) This section applies if the Planning Minister must make an approval decision that relates to the granting of a permit under section 40 of the Flora and Fauna Guarantee Act 1988 .
(2) The project proponent is taken to be a landholder to which section 40 of that Act applies for the purpose of the Planning Minister making the approval decision.
