Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered ActsThe Licensing Authority may start disciplinary proceedings against a licensee under this Division only if an Act of the participating jurisdiction in which the conduct that provides the grounds for the disciplinary proceedings occurred has declared that this Division applies to licensees carrying out the licensed occupation for which the licensee is licensed.
