PIPELINES ACT 2005 (NO 61 OF 2005) - SECT 30

An application for a licence must—

        (a)     state the name and address of the proponent; and

        (b)     state what the proposed pipeline will be used for; and

        (c)     contain any other matters that are prescribed; and

        (d)     be accompanied by a map of not less than the prescribed scale showing the proposed pipeline corridor; and

        (e)     be accompanied by the prescribed application fee.
