PLANNING AND ENVIRONMENT AMENDMENT (GROWTH AREAS INFRASTRUCTURE CONTRIBUTION) ACT 2011 (NO. 31 OF 2011) - SECT 27

    (1)     In the note at the foot of section 201SPA of the Principal Act, after "201SL" insert "or 201SMAA(6)".

    (2)     In section 201SY(b)(iii) of the Principal Act, for "201SOB or" substitute "201SOB; or".

    (3)     In section 201TF(1)(a) of the Principal Act, for "subsection (2)" substitute "subsection (3)".

    (4)     In section 201TM(1) of the Principal Act, for "GAIC" substitute "Growth Areas Infrastructure Contribution".
