PRIMARY INDUSTRIES LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2010 (NO. 48 OF 2010) - SECT 29

    (1)     Insert the following heading to section 66 of the Livestock Disease Control Act 1994 —

" Honey Bee Compensation and Industry Development Fund ".

    (2)     For section 66(1) of the Livestock Disease Control Act 1994 substitute —

    "(1)     There is to be established in the Public Account, as part of the Trust Fund, an account known as the Honey Bee Compensation and Industry Development Fund.".
