Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered ActsParts 5, 6, 7 and 8 and this Part are repealed on the day that is the first anniversary of the first day on which all of the provisions of this Act are in operation.
Note
The repeal of Part 5, 6, 7, 8 or 9 of this Act does not affect the continuing operation of the amendments made by that Part (see section 15(1) of the Interpretation of Legislation Act 1984 ).
