PERSONAL PROPERTY SECURITIES (STATUTE LAW REVISION AND IMPLEMENTATION) ACT 2010 (NO. 74 OF 2010) - SECT 26

At the end of section 28 of the Gas Industry Act 2001 insert —

    "(4)     For the purposes of section 8(1)(k) of the Personal Property Securities Act 2009 of the Commonwealth, a licence is declared not to be personal property.".
