PERSONAL PROPERTY SECURITIES (STATUTE LAW REVISION AND IMPLEMENTATION) ACT 2010 (NO. 74 OF 2010) - SECT 27

At the end of Part 6 of the Geothermal Energy Resources Act 2005 insert —

" Division 7—Nature of authorities

        78A     Authorities not personal property

For the purposes of section 8(1)(k) of the Personal Property Securities Act 2009 of the Commonwealth, an authority is declared not to be personal property.".
